Overview

Hostess to welcome and seat guests and manage front-of-house flow at a dining venue in Kuwait. Only candidates whose profiles match the specific job requirements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations and waitlist, and coordinate seating.
• Ensure smooth table turnover and liaise with servers for timely service.
• Maintain front-of-house presentation, reservation logs, and station readiness.
• Handle guest enquiries and assist with seating during peak service periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.
• Professional, organized front-of-house presence and strong time management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year professional front-of-house or guest-service experience in hospitality.
• Available for rotating shifts, weekends, and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in Kuwait.
