About the role
| setting up and adjusting machines and production equipment in the die-casting and threading section, ensuring mould installation, working in accordance with production documentation (production plan, technological procedure, inspection plan, setting parameters, work instructions, operating and maintenance manual and other system documentation) and in accordance with the instructions of the project manager and die-casting foreman making production records according to production documentation, including prescribed measurement records and other inspections. Carrying out routine repairs of machines and moulds, performing preventive maintenance of machines and production equipment according to the maintenance plan. Ensuring handling of work in progress, moulds, input material, empty packaging materials, operating fluids and spare parts. Performing tasks arising from the IMS manual and other system documentation. Performing other tasks as required by the project manager and die-casting foreman We are looking for an experienced machine setter for aluminium die-casting machines used in the production of automotive components. The worker will be responsible for preparing and setting up the machine for individual production orders, adjusting machine parameters according to technical documentation, monitoring the production process and product quality, and modifying machine settings in case of production deviations. The candidate must be able to resolve common technical issues and independently set up and fine-tune the machine to ensure that it produces the required product at the expected quality standard. Ideally, the candidate should have previous experience setting up aluminium die-casting machines. However, candidates with experience setting up plastic injection moulding machines are also suitable for this position. |
