Guest Relations Executive

Overview

Guest Relations Executive based in the United Arab Emirates responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing enquiries, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. Role focuses on guest satisfaction, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests; handle check-ins, check-outs and reservation enquiries.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly, coordinating with operations for service recovery.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reports and communication logs (phone/email).
• Support VIP arrivals, concierge requests and follow up on guest feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong customer service, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant guest relations or hospitality experience.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, within the United Arab Emirates.
