Tiling Foreman

Overview

Tiling Foreman responsible for supervising and coordinating floor and wall tiling works on construction projects across the United Arab Emirates. Deliver quality finishes, manage crews, and maintain on-site safety and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise tiling crew to achieve accurate layout, leveling and grout quality.
• Set out works from drawings, perform site measurements and enforce installation standards.
• Inspect finished surfaces, rectify defects and ensure consistency with project specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervisors for materials, sequencing and safe workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on tiling and finishing skills, including cutting, leveling and grouting techniques.
• Experience supervising small teams and managing on-site workflow.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control mindset and familiarity with tile materials and tools.
