About the role
Overview
Shuttering Foreman to lead formwork operations on construction sites in the United Arab Emirates. Responsible for supervising installation, alignment, stripping and site safety for shuttering works.
Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, adjustment and dismantling of formwork and falsework.
- Assign and oversee crew tasks, monitor productivity and workmanship quality.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and formwork load-bearing requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers and trades to follow drawings and concrete pouring sequence.
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading shuttering/formwork teams on construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of formwork systems, props, ties and safe working practices.
- Ability to read construction drawings and use basic surveying/measuring tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year proven experience as a shuttering/formwork foreman or supervisor; available to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates.
