Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate carpentry and finishing activities to meet quality and schedule targets.
• Interpret drawings, set out works, and ensure accurate measurements and installations.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and report progress to project leads.
• Maintain site safety, control materials and tools, and ensure tidy work areas.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on carpentry experience with finishing and formwork knowledge.
• Practical experience supervising small teams and coordinating with other trades.
• Competent in reading construction drawings and performing precise measurements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year supervising carpentry or finishing work on construction sites.
• Available to work in the United Arab Emirates and able to meet standard on-site schedules.
