Overview
CNC Machine Setter-Operator based in Lithuania responsible for setting up, programming and operating CNC equipment to produce precision components. Role requires attention to quality, machine upkeep and adherence to safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust CNC machines, fixtures and tooling for production runs.
- Load/unload workpieces, select correct programs and verify offsets.
- Monitor machining processes, perform in-process measurements and record results.
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine faults.
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC controllers, tooling changeover and basic programming adjustments.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret machining specifications.
- Proficient with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) and quality checks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience operating and setting up CNC machines.
