About the role
Overview
Carpenter - Finishing responsible for interior woodwork, trim installation and final surface preparation on residential and commercial fit-out projects in the United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Install interior trim, doors, skirting, architraves and fitted joinery to drawings and specifications.
- Measure, cut, fit and finish components with attention to tight tolerances.
- Perform final sanding, staining/varnishing and ensure consistent finish quality.
- Maintain tools, keep work areas clean and coordinate with site teams to meet schedules.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on finishing carpentry skills in trim, joinery and interior woodwork.
- Proficient with hand and power tools and common finishing techniques; able to read basic drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable workmanship producing neat, consistent finishes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on finishing carpentry experience on construction or fit-out projects.
- Available to work in the United Arab Emirates and able to meet standard on-site schedules.
