About the role
Overview
CNC Setter-Operators to set up, program and operate CNC milling and turning machines for precision part production, bound for Easy Hire Bulgaria - India. Role emphasizes accurate setup, in-process inspection and shift-based manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Set up machines, install tooling and load CNC programs for production runs.
- Perform first-piece checks and in-process inspections using precision gauges.
- Monitor machining, adjust feeds/speeds and tool offsets to maintain tolerances.
- Log production data, carry out basic maintenance and keep the work area orderly.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens) and CAM outputs.
- Proficient with micrometers, calipers and reading technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on CNC setter/operator experience.
- Available for placement to Easy Hire Bulgaria - India and able to work assigned production shifts.
