Responsibilities

• Supervise the line during service and assist with shift management.
• Prepare and plate menu items to standard recipes and presentation.
• Manage stock, food safety, and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Coach junior cooks and support on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Proven recipe execution, knife skills and time management.
• Demonstrated supervisory or coaching ability in a kitchen setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year professional kitchen experience with some supervisory exposure.
• Available for rotating shifts in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen in Kuwait.
• Able to perform under service pressure and maintain consistent quality.
