Responsibilities

• Prepare dough, assemble toppings and cook pizzas to recipe and presentation standards.
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens and related equipment to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain station cleanliness, portion control, correct stock rotation and food-safety practices.
• Support prep tasks and ensure clear handovers between shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven dough handling, oven timing and pizza assembly skills.
• Strong time management, portion control and recipe adherence under service pressure.
• Familiarity with food-safety and station cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year professional experience in pizza or kitchen station operations.
• Available for rotating shifts in a high-volume kitchen in Kuwait.
