Heavy Equipment Operator

About the role
Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support demolition and site-clearance projects in Greece. Operate excavators, loaders, bulldozers and skid-steer loaders safely in line with approved demolition plans.
- Operate equipment for controlled demolition, dismantling, loading and debris removal.
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and report defects or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Follow demolition plans, exclusion zones, lifting procedures and directions from authorized site personnel.
- Coordinate with banksmen and signalers; maintain equipment records and secure machinery when not in use.
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating heavy demolition equipment on construction/demolition sites.
- Valid heavy equipment operator licence/certification and proven competence with excavators, loaders, bulldozers and skid-steer loaders.
- Strong safety awareness and readiness to stop work if unsafe conditions arise or unauthorized persons enter the operating area.
