Overview
Baker/Pastry Chef needed for placement with Easy Hire Bulgaria - India to produce breads, viennoiserie and plated pastries while ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Role involves routine preparation, baking and finishing in a commercial kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake doughs, pastries and viennoiserie according to recipes and production schedules.
- Manage dough handling, proofing, shaping, baking and final finishing tasks.
- Monitor product quality, portion control and visual presentation standards.
- Maintain clean workstations and follow food-safety and hygiene procedures.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with commercial baking and pastry techniques.
- Knowledge of ingredient handling, recipe scaling and portion control.
- Familiarity with food-safety/HACCP practices preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional baking/pastry experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Ability to work early shifts and flexible schedules, including weekends; willingness to relocate for placement in Bulgaria.
