About the role
Overview
Lead testing and commissioning (T&C) of MEP systems on construction sites in the United Arab Emirates, ensuring compliance with project specifications and successful handover.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate T&C teams across mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines.
- Execute, verify and document commissioning tests and functional performance checks.
- Resolve site technical issues and liaise with QA/QC and subcontractors for corrective actions.
- Inspect systems, prepare punch lists and certify readiness for handover.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in T&C of MEP systems on construction projects.
- Skilled in commissioning procedures, test instruments and documentation control.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
