Overview

Provide professional banquet service at events across the United Arab Emirates, ensuring timely, courteous delivery and high guest satisfaction. Operate within banquet teams to set up, serve and maintain event areas to hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, place settings and service stations according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously during events.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event supervisors to ensure accurate orders and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness, clear tables promptly and follow hygiene and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-service and communication skills with a professional demeanour.
• Ability to work standing shifts, handle trays and perform physical tasks during events.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on banquet, catering or event service experience.
• Valid legal authorization to work in the United Arab Emirates and availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
