About the role
Overview
Marble Foreman responsible for supervising marble and natural stone installation, finishing and on-site quality control for construction and fit-out projects in the United Arab Emirates. Leads crews, coordinates with site teams, and ensures work meets specifications and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise marble installation teams; assign tasks and monitor progress.
- Set out layouts, verify levels, cuts and joint alignment; perform quality inspections.
- Manage material handling, surface preparation and coordination with other trades.
- Maintain site safety, tool upkeep and worksite cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in marble or natural stone installation and finishing.
- Practical supervisory experience leading site crews and coordinating trades.
- Ability to read drawings and apply stone fixing techniques and adhesives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year supervising marble or stone installation on construction or fit-out projects.
- Available for deployment to the United Arab Emirates and to work standard construction schedules.
