Bartender

Overview

Experienced Bartender to prepare beverages, craft cocktails and deliver professional bar service across the United Arab Emirates. Provide attentive guest service, maintain bar hygiene and support smooth service flow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic beverages to standard.
• Maintain bar setup, stock levels, equipment cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
• Provide friendly, efficient guest service and manage orders accurately at the bar.
• Handle POS transactions, cash handling and coordinate with service and kitchen teams.

Qualifications

• Proven mixology skills and knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes and presentation.
• Strong customer-service skills, clear communication and teamwork ability.
• Experience operating bar equipment and following safety/hygiene procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year hands-on bartending experience in restaurants, hotels or bars.
• Legal ability to work in the United Arab Emirates and flexibility to work shifts.
