Overview
CNC Operators based in Croatia responsible for operating and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision parts. Role requires reliable machine handling, adherence to safety protocols, and consistent quality control.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, load tooling and fixtures.
- Monitor machining cycles, make minor program adjustments, and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Conduct in-process inspections and verify parts meet dimensional specifications.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow established safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with CNC equipment, tooling, and common measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on CNC operator experience.
