Overview

Housekeeping Supervisors based in Cyprus oversee daily cleaning operations, lead housekeeping teams, and ensure rooms and public areas meet established guest-ready and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to meet daily targets and service standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, presentation and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance requirements.
• Coach and train team members on procedures, health & safety and quality control.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-management experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals and health & safety practices.
• Clear communication and basic record-keeping skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations.
• Willingness to travel to and work in Cyprus with flexible shift availability, including weekends.
