Overview

Sr. CDP to lead an assigned kitchen station in Kuwait, ensuring consistent execution, quality and presentation during high-volume service. Only candidates whose profiles match the specific job requirements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned station to prepare menu items to recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain portion control, timing and quality under service pressure.
• Manage station stock, ingredient rotation and food safety compliance.
• Coach junior cooks and coordinate clear shift handovers.

Qualifications

• Proven knife skills, timing, and strict recipe adherence.
• Demonstrated station leadership and on-the-job coaching.
• Ability to perform accurately under fast-paced, high-volume service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year professional kitchen experience with station responsibility and leadership exposure.
• Available for rotating shifts and high-volume kitchen operations in Kuwait.
