About the role
Overview
- Site-based Painting Foreman in the United Arab Emirates responsible for supervising painting teams, ensuring finish quality, and coordinating on-site painting activities for construction and fit-out projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct painting crews; assign tasks and monitor daily progress.
- Ensure proper surface preparation, mixing, application methods, and final finishes.
- Perform quality inspections and rectify defects to meet project specifications.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with on-site procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in painting trades with hands-on application skills (brush, roller, spray).
- Knowledge of coating types, surface preparation, and defect remediation techniques.
- Strong communication and basic English for site coordination and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a foreman/supervisory painting role on construction or fit-out projects.
- Ability to work in the United Arab Emirates and operate on-site schedules and safety protocols.
