Overview
Demi Chef de Partie based in Cyprus responsible for managing an assigned kitchen station and supporting the senior culinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced professional kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items for the assigned station to specification and on schedule.
- Ensure food quality, portion control and plating consistency during service.
- Coordinate with the brigade to maintain smooth service and effective handovers.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, stock rotation and adherence to hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a busy kitchen with competency in core cooking techniques.
- Strong knife skills and effective station management.
- Practical knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a comparable kitchen role (Demi Chef de Partie or similar).
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus and work on-site with flexible shift availability, including weekends.
