Overview
Centre Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff performance and service quality at a customer-facing centre in the United Arab Emirates. Role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership and on-site management.
Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory and facility upkeep.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Experience with operational planning, vendor coordination and basic budgeting.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year proven experience in centre management, operations or a related supervisory role.
- Available to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates and flexible with local working hours.
