About the role
Overview
Foreman – Gypsum role in the United Arab Emirates responsible for supervising gypsum board installation, finishing and on-site coordination for fit-out and construction projects. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise gypsum installation, jointing and finishing teams on site.
- Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Proven track record supervising gypsum/board installation and finishing.
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage small teams on site.
- Strong leadership, communication and quality-control focus.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of foreman-level experience in gypsum works or interior fit-out.
- Practical knowledge of gypsum materials, jointing compounds and finishing techniques.
- Available for deployment to the United Arab Emirates and able to work on-site schedules.
