Responsibilities

• Operate charcoal, gas and wood-fired grills; prepare marinades, rubs and sauces.
• Control cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality and presentation.

• Coordinate with line cooks and front-of-house to manage order flow during service.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with BBQ/grill techniques and proper meat handling.
• Strong time-management, portion control and basic knife skills.
• Knowledge of food-safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in grilling, barbecue or a similar kitchen role.
