Overview

Commis II to support daily kitchen operations in Kuwait, preparing menu items and maintaining consistency, portion control and hygiene. Only candidates whose profiles match the specific job requirements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
• Support assigned station during service and assist senior cooks.
• Maintain portion control, food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage basic stock rotation and assist with clear shift handovers.

Qualifications

• Proven knife skills and basic cooking techniques with consistent recipe adherence.
• Ability to perform under service pressure with good time management.
• Familiarity with food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year professional kitchen experience.
• Available for rotating shifts in a high-volume kitchen in Kuwait.
