Overview

DCDP to support an assigned kitchen station and maintain consistent execution in a fast-paced Kuwait kitchen. Only candidates whose profiles match the specific job requirements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook station dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain portion control, timing and quality during service.
• Manage station stock, rotation and food-safety/hygiene practices.
• Support junior cooks and ensure clear shift handovers.

Qualifications

• Proven knife skills and accurate recipe execution under pressure.
• Strong time management and portion-control abilities.
• Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and food-safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year professional kitchen experience with station responsibility.
• Available for rotating shifts in a high-volume kitchen in Kuwait.
