Captain Waitress

Overview

Lead floor service and coordinate service teams to deliver high-standard table service in the United Arab Emirates. Only candidates whose profiles match the specific job requirements will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign duties to service team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Coordinate orders and handovers between front-of-house, kitchen and bar with accuracy.
• Train and mentor team members on service standards and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor dining room presentation, hygiene and overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant service experience in restaurants, hotels or banquet operations.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills; able to manage busy shifts calmly.
• Familiarity with table service protocols, POS systems and basic beverage service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year supervisory or senior server experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United Arab Emirates and flexibility for shift work.
