Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate waterproofing crews; assign tasks and monitor daily progress.
• Inspect surfaces and oversee application of membranes, liquid-applied systems, and detailing to drawings and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks, manage material usage, and enforce site health and safety practices.
• Coordinate with site management and other trades to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of common waterproofing systems, surface preparation, and defect remediation.
• Proven ability to supervise teams, read technical drawings, and enforce quality standards.
• Effective English communication for site coordination and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of foreman-level waterproofing experience on construction projects.
• Willingness to work in the United Arab Emirates during the project assignment.
