Overview
Supervisor, Loyalty Services based in Cyprus. Lead daily loyalty operations and guest-facing teams to ensure consistent service delivery and strong member retention.
Responsibilities
- Supervise loyalty services staff and manage daily rostering to meet service standards.
- Handle guest escalations and complex member enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor programme performance, produce concise operational reports and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing to align member benefits and promotions.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in customer-facing or loyalty operations.
- Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM/loyalty tools and basic reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in loyalty, guest relations or hospitality operations.
