About the role
Overview
Operate CNC milling and turning machines for precision component production, bound for Easy Hire Bulgaria - India. Focus on accurate setup, safe operation and consistent quality output.
Responsibilities
- Set up machines, install tooling, load CNC programs and verify first-piece dimensions.
- Monitor machining cycles, adjust feeds/speeds and perform tool changes to maintain quality.
- Conduct in-process inspections using calipers and micrometers; record production data.
- Carry out routine cleaning, basic maintenance and report machine faults promptly.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens) and CAM outputs.
- Proficient with precision measuring tools and reading technical drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude with practical troubleshooting skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on CNC operation experience.
- Availability for placement to Easy Hire Bulgaria - India and to work production shifts.
