Overview
Tractor Driver with Agricultural Experience for placement to Easy Hire Bulgaria - India. Responsible for operating tractors and attachments to support cultivation, crop maintenance and field operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate tractors and implements for ploughing, sowing, fertilising and harvesting.
- Prepare fields, adjust attachments and monitor equipment performance during operations.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe, efficient machinery use.
- Follow safety procedures and coordinate with field teams to complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating agricultural tractors and common farm implements.
- Knowledge of safe machinery handling and field operation practices.
- Ability to read basic gauges and follow equipment maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on tractor driving experience in agricultural settings.
- Practical skills in routine maintenance, hitching implements and basic troubleshooting.
