Overview

Chef de Partie – Chinese cuisine based in Greece. Responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes, managing a kitchen station and maintaining quality during service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
• Manage assigned station, control portioning and plating consistency.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety and proper storage procedures.
• Coordinate with the brigade to ensure smooth service and timely mise en place.

Qualifications

• Proven ability with Chinese cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
• Strong station management, time management and knife skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices in a professional kitchen.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Chinese cuisine or as a Chef de Partie.
• Available to work on location in Greece for the contract period and able to perform duties in a fast-paced service environment.
