We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Minibar Attendant.
Job Description
The potential candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels in the minibar, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the area, processing guest charges, and responding to guest inquiries or requests in a timely manner. They will also be expected to follow safety and security procedures and rules.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not a requirement. Basic math skills and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds are also needed.
