Job Description

The Reservations Agent will handle all aspects of booking reservations for our customers, whether by phone, email or online. They will handle any changes, cancellations or special requests, ensuring that the needs of our customers are met to the highest standard. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and promptly processing all reservation-related paperwork.

Qualifications
