About the role
We are seeking skilled Fitters to join our team. The primary role will be to fit and assemble structural frameworks and housings from materials, such as angle iron, I-beams, and plate steel, using hand-tools and welding equipment.
Job Description
Your responsibilities will include interpreting technical blueprints, participating in team assemblies, and maintaining equipment. You will also need to ensure that all parts are fitted and installed correctly.
Qualifications
Candidates are expected to have a high school diploma or equivalent and proven experience as a Fitter. They should possess excellent manual dexterity, technical knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with welding techniques and procedures. Safety consciousness and excellent attention to detail are also required.
