Job Description

In this role, you will ensure the kitchen operations run smoothly by coordinating with the kitchen staff. Your tasks will include preparing meals, overseeing food portions, maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen, ensuring food quality and freshness, and creating menu options based on seasonal availability.

Qualifications

Candidates should have proven experience as a Cook/Demi Chef, excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. They should also possess culinary school diploma or relevant certification, and ability to work in a team. Excellent time management skills, and ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure are essential.
