Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating menu items, preparing and cooking a variety of Mexican dishes, maintaining high food quality and freshness, monitoring sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations, and coordinating kitchen staff for smooth operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should have proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of Mexican culinary techniques is a must.
