About the role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
Job Description
Your tasks will include reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and building plans, installing structures and fixtures, inspecting and replacing damaged framework, and estimating the cost of materials and time needed for project completion. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Carpenter, proficiency in using electrical and manual equipment, the ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings, and a keen eye for detail. A high school diploma is required, and a diploma in a skilled trade (Carpenter) is preferred.
