We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hot Kitchen Cook to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

The Hot Kitchen Cook will be responsible for preparing meals, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring kitchen safety. You will be in charge of setting up the kitchen, preparing ingredients, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. You will also be responsible for creating meal portions, cleaning and cutting ingredients, and setting up cooking equipment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, possess a food handler's permit, and have knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods. Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and attention to detail are also required.
