The Team Member Trainee is an entry-level retail position responsible for supporting daily store operations and providing excellent customer service. The role involves assisting customers, replenishing merchandise, maintaining product displays, ensuring store cleanliness, and supporting the sales team in achieving operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and store navigation.

• Replenish shelves and maintain merchandise displays.

• Ensure products are properly stocked, organized, and priced.

• Support inventory and stock management activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within the store.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
