We are searching for a detail-oriented, experienced, and motivated Transport Supervisor to manage our transportation department. The role involves overseeing the daily operations, ensuring efficient transport services, and promoting safety compliance.

Job Description

The Transport Supervisor's responsibilities include scheduling drivers' routes, ensuring vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, monitoring driver performance, and making sure deliveries are on time. You will also be tasked with managing the coordination of the fleet, monitoring transport costs, and ensuring all necessary transport documentation is in order.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. They should possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and a comprehensive understanding of transport regulations. A valid commercial driver's license is preferred.
