We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee all operations within the center, ensuring efficiency and high-quality performance. You will be responsible for managing staff, creating and maintaining budgets, and ensuring customers' satisfaction. You will also be in charge of evaluating and improving operations and financial performance, directing the employee assessment process, preparing reports for senior management, and ensuring staff follows health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are also required.
