Construction Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Cleaner to help maintain cleanliness and safety in construction sites, apartments, buildings, and office spaces.

Job Description

This position involves a variety of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming and washing floors and surfaces, dusting, cleaning sanitary facilities, and handling glass. The role also involves removing and sorting coarse and fine waste, as well as maintaining entrances and staircases. Other responsibilities may include assisting with the installation of construction sheet metal elements and locksmith elements such as brackets and fences.

Qualifications

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial, but not essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing physical tasks, have a keen attention to detail, and possess a basic understanding of safety procedures. Additional skills in gardening, such as mowing grass, maintaining vegetation, and landscaping, would be advantageous.
