Cashier

Overview

Deliver accurate and efficient checkout operations and professional customer service at retail outlets in the United Arab Emirates. Handle payments, receipts and basic customer inquiries at the point of sale.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, card and electronic payments using POS systems with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer; report discrepancies and complete end-of-day reconciliations.
• Provide courteous service, assist with basic product queries and manage returns/refunds per store policy.
• Keep the checkout area organized and follow established cash-handling and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and proven cash-handling accuracy.
• Familiarity with POS terminals, barcode scanners and basic transaction troubleshooting.
• Clear verbal communication in English and a professional, customer-facing manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of cashier or retail cash-handling experience.
• Availability for retail shifts including weekends and willingness to work in the United Arab Emirates.
