About the role
We are seeking a skilled Upholsterer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating and repairing upholstery for our diverse range of clients.
Job Description
The Upholsterer's responsibilities will include replacing padding, springs, and fabric, using hand tools and power tools, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. The candidate should be able to follow design or repair specifications, measure and cut new covering materials, and collaborate with other team members on large projects.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in upholstery or similar role, and a keen eye for detail. They should also possess excellent hand-eye coordination, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and strong problem-solving skills.
