About the role
We are seeking a skilled Tile Layer. This person will be responsible for laying tiles in various spaces and surfaces, creating decorative wall and floor designs.
Job Description
Duties include cutting and shaping tiles to fit around obstacles and into odd spaces and corners, laying out tiles, and preparing and applying mortar or adhesive. The successful candidate will also be responsible for cleaning and leveling the surfaces where tiles are to be laid, as well as aligning tiles and grout spaces correctly.
Qualifications
Applicants must have proven experience as a Tile Layer, familiarity with adhesives and grouts, and proficiency in using tile cutting tools. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are also required. Knowledge of safety regulations is a plus.
