F&b Associate

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused F&B Associate to join our team. In this position, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, and offer them food and drink options that not only satisfy them, but also enhance their dining experience.

Job Description

Your tasks will include providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, taking and serving food and drink orders, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area. You will also be responsible for handling cash transactions, managing food and drink inventory, and adhering to all food safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle cash transactions and basic math skills, knowledge of food safety regulations, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. A diploma in hospitality or a related field would be an advantage.
