About the role
We are seeking a skilled Steel Fixer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for positioning and securing steel bars and mesh to reinforce concrete structures.
Job Description
Your duties will include reading and interpreting working plans, measuring and cutting reinforcement bars, securing them into position with wire clips or binders, and pouring concrete over the bars. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. An understanding of health and safety regulations, the ability to read and interpret technical plans, and physical strength and endurance are essential for this role.
