Overview
FOH Crew Member supporting front-of-house operations across hospitality outlets in the United Arab Emirates. Provide efficient customer service, manage orders and maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage seating to ensure smooth flow.
- Take and relay orders accurately; assist with food and beverage service.
- Operate POS, process payments and handle cash responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness, follow health & safety protocols and support team during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
- Customer-focused, calm under pressure with a service-oriented attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years relevant front-of-house or customer-facing hospitality experience.
- Availability for flexible shifts in the United Arab Emirates, including weekends.
